- 1990 – Clik AS was founded and offering thermal insulation works and services began.
- 1991 – a small sheet metal workshop was opened to cover the need for details made of sheet metal used in insulation works.
- 1992 – performing ventilation works and services began.
- 1994 – an old farm complex was bought in Assaku near Tallinn to change it into production and storage space.
- 1995 – sheet metal department started producing cover plates in Assaku.
- 1995-96 – the volume of insulation works increased on the construction market and it was also reflected in the turnover of the company.
- 1997 – at the end of the summer the company moved from Tallinn to Assaku where an office building was reconstructed next to the sheet metal department.
- 1998 – the sheet metal department separated from the company and a subsidiary called Tinfor AS was founded.
- 2000 – a new warehouse together with shared facilities for employees was completed in autumn.
- 2001 – the quality certificate ISO 9001:2000 was awarded to the company by Lloyd’s Register in June.
- 2002 – the company started expanding to Lithuania and a subsidiary called Clik UAB was founded.
- end of 2005 – the expansion project in Lithuania was completed.
- beginning of 2006 – systematic trainings started. The management structure was considerably changed in June and new management board started work. Cooperation with different institutions was started to develop vocational education.
- 2007 – the beginning of the year was like turning a new page for the company – the company was divided, real estate management was given up and the subsidiary Tinfor was separated from its parent company. Clik AS is now mostly active in its main field of activity – designing, planning, installing and installation management of technological systems, thermal insulation works, maintenance of technological equipment for buildings. Since the end of July the company also has the fourth department of production – department of automatics satisfying the need for construction automatics for both internal and external customers. At the end of the year the field of design and price formation were reorganised and assembled into the department of preparations.
- 2010 – the quality certificate ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 was awarded to the company by Lloyd’s Register in June
